Declined Apps / dales mod app

Hey
To all who do not know me i am Dale, Dale is my ingame name.
here is my mod app with everything you all need to know about me, i am not going to lie in this application because there is no need to......

About me:
I am 13 years old
My real name is Dale
I am a boy irl
I live in Scotland
About me and my account:
My in game name is Dale, i am a player at the moment, i have helped many people who have started the game because im usually always on. I am on almost everday after school but sometimes im not because i have homework, I have contributed to the server by Advertising ever since i joined, Also by meeting every player in the game and helped them in an way they needed.
How i joined and when:
i joined kaysempire because my friend "sharkey" who ik irl invited me because he claimed it had grandextange and a really fun eco and he wanted me to join.
I stayed because i loveeeed the game i loved everything about it, usually all my rsps ive joined dont keep me for than 2 months becaue i leave,(exept yanillescape which i still play a bit) this game is awesome and i know ill stay
what i can do as a mod:
As a mod i will defiantly help people, its what i do now i would deal with all the people who cause the server problems and if anyone needs my help non-staff or staff ill be there, i have not scammed in my whole life and will not ever, I have always pked fairly, usually when i pk i gbs to the opponent because im a sensative person i know how it feels to be put into their shoes and lose their pixel items, its just like watching your hardwork being thrown away, sometimes i might keep one or two of the items i wont lie, only because i dont have the item, I have not caused trouble and will not ever.
Some extra things ive done to help:
A few people which i wont mention have asked to transfer their items over to another account or have just shared their account with me becaue they wanted have told em their password, i have not hacked and dont plan on hacking, i know one person asked them to help them get stuff for their account and i have done that.
Extra info:
I have added every player in the game
I have 725M on runescape
I have many friends on kaysempire
I am trusted and legit and dont hack.
